  1. Prepare all ingredients..

  2. Medium flame on kar kay pan ma half cup oil daal kar 2 sliced onion light Brown kar lay..

  3. Light brown onion ma 1 tsp adrak lahsan ka paste, half kg keema, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp haldi, 1 tsp garam masala powder, sabut kali mirchay or salt daal daay..

  4. Tamam cheezo ko achi tarah se mix kar kay 2 se 3 minute bhonay..

  5. Phir 1 cup dahi, 1 tbsp coriander or 1 tbsp green chilli chopped daal kar mazeed 5 se 10 minute bhonay..

  6. Jab oil upar a jaya tu 3 capsicum chopped daal kar 5 minutes kay liye pakaya..

  7. 5 minutes kay baad flame off kar daay Qeema shimla mirch serve karnay kay liye ready hia..

  8. Ready to serve with chapati..
