Misal poha step by step

  1. Boil the matki and strain it.. Later in kadai add oil than add chilli garlic paste and saute it.

  2. Add few curry leaves onions and saute it.

  3. Now add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder tomatoes and mix it.. Than add water.

  4. Later cover it with let tamatoes get translucent… Than add matki onion garlic masala kitchen king masala salt and mix it… Cover it with lid for 5 minutes matki is ready now.

  5. For gravy dry roast coconut till it becomes brown… In oil add onion garlic peanuts and cook it till it gets pinkish brown than add coconut in it and mix it well.

  6. Now in a grainger add this onion coconut masala red chillies and tomatoes and grind it in a paste.

  7. Now add all spices in kadai mix it than add gravy paste.

  8. Now add onion garlic masala mix it than add water.

  9. Later add few curry leaves salt and cover it with lid and bring it to boil… After boiling Tari gravy is ready.

  10. In kadai add oil red chilli powder let it get hot add this mixture in Tari….

  11. Soak poha and than strain it now add onion in kadai add mustard seeds.

  12. Now add onions curry leaves and green chillies and roasted peanuts.

  13. Add turmeric powder red chilli powder mix it than add poha.

  14. Add salt fennel seeds turn off gas mix it than sprinkle some water.

  15. Turn on gas… Cover it with lid and keep for 2minutes…poha is ready to serve.

  16. Serve poha sprinkle with some coriander leaves than on other plate add matki add some gravy than onions farsan enjoy it with bread pav or roti😊.
