Champagne chicken is a tender chicken breast that is cooked in champagne and milk that creates one of the most amazing sauces.

Champagne Chicken step by step

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with cajun seasoning and cook in batches until golden and cooked tgrough, removing.to a plate as done.

  2. Add butter to skillet and melt add shallot, mushrooms, chilis abd garlic and cook until mushroons are tender.

  3. Add champagne and cook until almost gone.

  4. Add stock, cream, sat, pepper and hot sauce and cook until its a sauce consistancy.

  5. Add herbs and green oniond, taste for seasoning and serve over chucken..
