Cut your ingredients into desired shapes..

Pour in your cooking oil in a non-stick pan..when ready…add in your onions.

When it turns golden brown…add in your tomatoes and royco cubes..add salt and stir well…then add in your potatoes.

Stir well and add water..with the Same level with the potatoes…

Cover well and when the potatoes are ready…add in the carrots and stir…then add in your githeri…stir well and simmer for 5 minutes..then add in the coriander and the capsicum and stir then remove….
