  1. Boil assorted meats and stockfish together,add oil fired tell soup to boil along for a while, add smoked fish later on and set aside when its all ready.

  2. Wash cut waterleaf properly in salt water, pour into pot to dry. Also wash Ugu in salt water and add into the waterleaf to dry a little. When vegetables are reseabonly dry, add chopped onions.

  3. Add all meat and fish into the vegetables, add crayfish and pepper, palmoil,add knor to tasete. taste for salt and cover to steam. Soup is ready. Serve with any desired swallow.
