  3. You need 1 tbsp of fennel.

  4. Prepare 3 tbsps of ginger garlic paste.

  5. It’s 25 gms of chilly pdr kashmiri.

  6. You need 3 tsps of corriander pdr.

  7. You need 1 tsp of turmeric pdr.

  8. You need of salt to tast.

Fish Vattichathu instructions

  1. 1st wash fish and cut into 1 inch pcs.

  2. Wash with some curd and wheat flour.

  3. In a mud pot add coconut oil.

  4. When it is hot add fennel and it change colour add ginger and garlic paste fry well.

  5. Add chilly pdr,corriander pdr,and turmeric.

  6. Fry 30 sec add cucum and water +more water.

  7. When it is biol add fish and salt curry leaves.slow fire cook till fish is tender and oil comes up..

  8. Done.

Meen Vevichathu is essentially a fish curry that uses, fresh kokum as the souring agent in the curry.  Seer fish slices are marinated and cooked in a finger licking good curry.
