Prep all the ingredients. Heat the oil in a wok, then add the onions n saute for 1 min then add carrots n potatos n saute for 2 mins..

Add the black pepper, ginger,garlic, salt,cinnamon n mix well with the carrots cook for 2 mins..add the tomato puree n cook for 3 mins..

Add the precooked githeri,mix well n cover to cook further for 10mins. U can add 1/4 cup broth of chicken or beef..
