This recipe of thepla, it is totally full proof recipe because it is made from leftover khichadi/ plain rice.

I don't recommend using leftover pulav because all the vegetables in the pulav.

  1. Take leftover khichdi. Add flour and 1 to 2 tspoon oil. Now add all spices..

  2. Make a dough like Rotis dough. now take small part of dough. And roll it down..

  3. Put it on tava for 1 min and turn another side. Now put 1 to 2 t spoon oil and let it be golden brown from both side..

  4. Serve it with chutney, achar, curd etc..
