First of all, to make outer layer, take a bowl and add suji with salt. Now with adding little water at a time, knead suji and make soft dough of it..

Now keep aside suji dough and grease with little oil. In the mean time lets cook stuffing..

Take a wok, heat oil in it. Add onion and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for few seconds..

Now add all vegetables with spices..

Saute for 2 minutes on high flame. Add cheese now and mix very well. Off the flame. Stuffing is ready. Keep aside to cool..

Now take a steamer. Add water.(Idli Stand can also be used here).

Now take a small ball of dough. Roll like a poori and fill with ready stuffing.Close it from all sides and shape like momos..

Grease momos and Let steam for 10 minutes..

Check, if colour changes, then remove from steam and serve with schezwan sauce..
