  2. Line a 7 inch square baking tray well with a over hang for easy removal of the blondies. I am doubling the recipe, therefore my tray is bigger..

  3. Chop the chocolates and add in a large mixing bowl. Its a one bowl recipe. Keep on a double boiler and melt the chocolates.

  4. Also add the room temperature butter to the melting chocolates.

  5. Once done switch off flame and set aside to cool a little. Mixture must be smooth..

  6. Add condensed milk and powdered at this point and mix well..

  7. Sift the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture. Mix the batter just until combined..

  8. Mix in your favourite toppings. Dry fruits, gems, chocolate chips or chunks and mix..

  9. Pour the batter in the prepared tray. Bake for 40 minutes. Or until the surface is firm when touched..

  10. Once done keep the tray over a wire rack to cool for 7-10 minutes. Then carefully remove the blondie by pulling out the baking paper..

  11. Slice in 2 inch wide sqaures, with a sharp knife..

It has a delicious buttery taste that is pretty darn addictive.
