Boil in water ~ carrots and onions until tender ~ 30 to 35 min.

Add soup, milk, velveta and worcestershire, cook over medium to low heat ~ stirring until cheese is melted.
Ranch style beans are usually pinto beans, and they come in a rich seasoned chili sauce that adds ton of flavor.
In a soup kettle or Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain and set aside.
