  1. It’s 170 g of mixed dry fruit.

  2. It’s 10 of x glace cherries (chopped).

  3. You need 300 ml of Tea (cold).

  4. Prepare 250 g of self raising flour.

  5. You need 1 tsp of baking powder.

  6. It’s 100 g of granulated sugar.

  7. You need 2 of x medium eggs.

  1. Preheat oven 180c (fan) prepare a 2lb loaf tin.
