  2. Boil maize untill soft and set aside, Ina another pot, boil potatoes with in salty water untill cooked and ready to mash.

  3. When all the two ingredients are ready and hot, combine in one suitable pot and mash untill well combined.

  4. Final product should not have too much maize, to make it tasty, cook onions in a pan and oil, untill golden brown, add mukimo untill fully combined,.

  5. Server while hot with vegetables.
