Ingredients of Dragon Chicken

  1. It’s 250 strips of Chicken cut into Grams.

  2. Prepare 1 Teaspoon of Ginger (1) paste.

  3. You need 1 Teaspoon of Garlic (2) paste.

  4. Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper (3) powder.

  5. You need 1/4 Teaspoon of Soy sauce (4).

  18. You need 2 Tablespoons of tomato sauce.

  19. Prepare 2 Teaspoons of soya sauce.

  20. It’s 1 Teaspoon of spring onion chopped.

  21. It’s 1 Teaspoon of sugar.

  22. Prepare 1 1/2 Teaspoons of chilly Kashmiri powder.

  23. You need of oil (to fry).

It is a classic fried chicken-in-sauce kinda recipe, similar to the Asian Spicy Meatballs I did the other day.

Although it does have chili oil in it, its surprisingly medium on the heat scale and has a more sweet after-taste.

In frying pan,add oil and marinated chicken, fry until crispy and golden brown,set aside.

For Sauce: In wok,add oil,red chili crushed,garlic, ginger and sauté until golden.

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients 1 to 7 and set aside for 15 minutes..

  3. In the same pan keep 2 tablespoons of used oil and remove the excess oil..

  4. Saute ginger,garlic,onion,carrot,capsicum and brocoli till soft..

  5. Now add cashew,tomato sauce,soya sauce,red chilly flakes and kashmiri chilly powder and saute well..

  6. Lastly add sugar,spring onion, celery and cook for 5 mints.Serve hot..
