It is a classic fried chicken-in-sauce kinda recipe, similar to the Asian Spicy Meatballs I did the other day.

In frying pan,add oil and marinated chicken, fry until crispy and golden brown,set aside.
For Sauce: In wok,add oil,red chili crushed,garlic, ginger and sauté until golden.

For marination= In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.Marinate for 15 minutes..

Heat suffcient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry chicken until golden brown,drain it on absorbent paper..

For sauce= Heat oil in a pot add cashews nuts,2 dry red chilli,and fry till the cashews turn golden brown..

Add chopped oinon,cupcicum,and toss well in the oil..

Add 1 table spoon ginger gaelic paste,and saute for a minutes..

Now add 1 tablespoon red chilli sause,50 mililetter tomato ketchup,1 tabelspoon soya sauce,sugar,salt,and mix well..

Add 3 tabelspoons water and cook this for couple of minutes till the water evaporates and sauce thickens..

Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce..

Mean while check the salt..

Garnish with coriander leaves..
