Mandazis are a very popular snack in East Africa.

They are also referred to as African donuts, but are not as sweet as the American version.

You can have Mandazi ndizi using 7 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

  1. You need 3 cups of Flour.

  2. Prepare 1 of smashed banana(ripe).
