Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except cooking Oil and knead a soft dough. Rest for 15 minutes..

Divide the dough in 4 portions in small size balls..

Roll paratha with the help of rolling pin..

Now heat a griddle and put rolled paratha and roast. Apply cooking oil..

Flip the side and roast from other side and fry also..

Serve hot with butter or pickle..
