Now heat some oil in a pan and when the oil is hot drop the chicken in oil and fry till golden. drain and set aside. Now heat oil in a frying pan add dry red chilli and cashews and fry till the cashews turn golden brown..

Now add onions and capsicums and toss well in the oil. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Now add redchilli paste or kashimirichilli as per ur spice preference..

Add in soya sauce,tomato ketchup, salt, sugar,and mix well. cook this for couple of minutes till the sauce thickens. Now add the fried chicken and mix well..
