Ingredients of Playdough

Playdough instructions

Mix dry ingredients.

Add vegetable oil to dry ingredients.

Boil water.

Add water to mix.

Add food coloring.

Allow to cool some then mix with spoon and set aside until cool enough to work with your hands.

Knees until fully mixed and color throughout.
This truly is the best ever playdough recipe.
It will last for several months in an airtight container.
In addition to the food coloring you can add extracts or spices to give it different smells, though these can change how much flour you need to add.
Whisk together the flour, salt, cream of tartar, and soft drink mix in a large bowl; stir the vegetable oil into the flour mixture using a spoon, not a whisk.
Store playdough in a covered container or Ziploc bag.
