Recipe: Tasty Wheatflour Pizza Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Wheatflour Pizza. I meant to add some other spices, but forgot - it still was fabulous. Pizza recipe using whole wheat flour - The base or crust of pizza is made from whole wheat flour aka chapati atta. This is the HEALTHY alternative to the regular all purpose flour crust.

I also recreated this with little changes.

Ingredients of Wheatflour Pizza

  1. You need 1 cup of Wheatflour.

  2. Prepare 1/3 tsp of bakingpowder.

  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.

  4. It’s 1 pinch of salt.

  5. You need 2 tsp of oil.

  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of curd.

  7. You need 1/2 of capsicum slice.

  8. You need 1 of tomato slice.

  9. You need 1 of onion slice.

  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of corn.

  11. You need 1 tsp of oregano.

  12. It’s as per taste of Chilli flake.

  13. You need 1 cube of butter.

  14. Prepare 1 tsp of oil.

  15. You need As needed of Some fresh oregano leaves.

  16. Prepare as required of Pizza sauce.

For us a striking pizza is one that has a medium crust, loaded with veggies and a good amount of cheese melting over.

Iam sharing my version of the homemade Veggie Lovers Pizza inspired from pizzahut, which is rightly the one we prefer.

Whole wheat flour yields dough with just a hint of nutty wheat flavor.

All-purpose flour works well if that's what you have on hand.

Wheatflour Pizza instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl put all base ingredients to make a dough.Not to use water..to make the base only use curd..

  2. Rest the dough 10 mints covering a wet cloth.After 10mints divide the dough into 3 parts..

  3. Take a rolling pin&board roll one pc.a roti size….prick ut with the help of a fork.Heat a kadhai..put a stand preheat it Take a silver plate greased little oil put the pizza base on it…than put the plate onthe preheated kadhei cover it..cook it 10 to 12 mints..than flip it &cook another mints..

  4. In the mean time ready the stuffing ingredients.T ake the base greased the butter..than 1tbsp Pizza sauce..

  5. Than add some grated cheese.Mix all veggies with salt,oregano&chilli flake.Stuff this with the top of the pizza..

  6. Than add more cheese fresh oregano & chilliflake.Heat a nonstick tawa put little oil & butter put the pizza & cover it.Cook 10 mints..

  7. No oven baking pizza is ready.Cut it pieces& immediately serve it..
