  4. Heat a pan..(I have used iron pan… non-stick can do…)put 1 tbsp oil heat properly and add chicken…cook it 5 minutes and flip all chicken pieces add 1 tbsp oil.let it cook..by flipping it will take. 20 minutes to full cooked.

  5. Now add 2 tbsp oil in pan add chopped garlic after add chopped onion and capsicum..stir fry for 3 minutes..add soya sauce tomato catch-up salt pepper powder red chilli powder sugar and mix…add water..mix all ingredients add cooked chicken mix all ingredients well to make coating on chicken.. its ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds…
