Ingredients of Dragon Chicken

  1. It’s 500 grams of boneless chicken.

  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.

  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander powder.

  5. You need 1 tbsp of cumin powder.

  6. You need 1 tbsp of green chilli paste.

  7. It’s 2 tbsp of chicken 65 masala.

  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of pepper powder.

  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of soya sauce.

  10. You need 4 tbsp of tomato catch-up.

  11. It’s 4/5 tbsp of oil.

  12. You need 1/4 cup of water.

  13. You need As per taste of salt.

  14. You need as per taste of very little sugar.

  15. It’s 1 of lemon juice.

  16. It’s 1/1 of finally chopped onion and capsicum.

  17. It’s 6 cloves of garlic finally chopped.

  18. You need 1 tsp of sesame seeds and green coriander leaves for garnishing.

It is a classic fried chicken-in-sauce kinda recipe, similar to the Asian Spicy Meatballs I did the other day.

Although it does have chili oil in it, its surprisingly medium on the heat scale and has a more sweet after-taste.

In frying pan,add oil and marinated chicken, fry until crispy and golden brown,set aside.

For Sauce: In wok,add oil,red chili crushed,garlic, ginger and sauté until golden.

Dragon Chicken step by step

  1. Take properly washed chicken in a vessel…add turmeric red chilli coriander cumin powder.. chicken 65 masala salt lemon juice green chilli paste ginger garlic paste.

  2. Marinate mixture for 30 minutes.

  3. Then add corn flour and all-purpose flour…mix to make coating on chicken.

  4. Heat a pan..(I have used iron pan.. non-stick can do)put 1 tbsp oil heat properly and add chicken..cook it 5 minutes and flip all chicken pieces and add 1 tbsp oil..let it cook by flipping..it will take 20 minutes to full cooked.

  5. Now add 2 tbsp oil in pan add chopped garlic after add chopped onion and capsicum…stir fry for 3 minutes..add Soya sauce tomato catch-up salt pepper powder red chilli powder sugar and mix well…add water..mix all ingredients add cooked chicken mix all ingredients well to make coating on chicken… its ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
