A kettle boils WAY faster than a stove top and gets the rice going that much quicker.
Bring tomato sauce to the boil (may need some water) and add "kofta".

Mix All the ingredients given for kofta. Make balls. Flat the ball fill dry fruits in it and again make ball. Put it on boiling water. Boil it till balls come out. Drain the water. (#This Water can be used for gravy and other purpose.) set aside.

Soak the cashew in the milk for 15 mins then grind it and make smooth paste.

Heat oil add cumin seed, saute, add onion tomatoes paste, after 2 mins add ginger garlic paste cook well. Add chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, Cook well, add cashew paste. Cook on low flame for 1 minute. Add diced tomato, onion, capsicum. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. Add little water. Consistency of gravy can be according to your choice. Add the balls. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cream masala, Garnish with green cilantro. Serve hot with chapatti, nan,etc..
