It’s 1 of burdock root (wash well, cut into 3cm length pieces, cut it into 4 equal parts lengthwise).

It’s 1 of carrot (peeled, cut it about the same size as burdock root).

Prepare 1 handful of dried bonito flakes (about 3~4 g).

I use gobo (burdock root) for different recipes so I can't cook them all together.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add burdock root and carrot and saute until they are coated with oil( maybe about 3~4 mins).
