Peel the matoke, chopped then wash. Choppe your ingredients..

In a sufuria add oil and heat, add onion and stir for 40 seconds then add garlic and ginger. Stir until golden brown. Add tomatoes and salt, stir for few seconds then cover. Let tomatoes form a paste.

Add matoke to your mixture and stir, add royco cube, mix then add water and cover to boil for 8 to 10 minutes.

Add chopped coriander and simmer for 30 seconds..
