Prepare your ingredients: Peel the potatoes and bananas and set them aside. Slice the onions and tomatoes separately..

Put the onions and cook oil in a sufuria, cook until the onions turn golden brown. Add the tomatoes and let the cook for a while..

Add the potatoes and bananas and salt cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 mins..

Add the pumpkin leaves and the Githeri and then let them cook for about 8 min and remove it from the heat..

Mash all the content together till well mixed.🙂.
