  4. Heat the pan or tawa..

  5. Pour some batter on it and cook it on low flame.

  6. Turn and cook from other side..

  7. From this batter  make 8 pancakes. That means 4 Doriyaki.

  8. Melt the chocolate on double boiler..

  9. Spread the melted chocolate on pancakes keep one up..

  10. Dora cake and Doriaki is ready to eat.

This Dorayaki is enough for two people but you can easily cut it in half for more or fewer people.
