  1. Grind the soaked chana dal with ginger, garlic, green chillies, turmeric and salt adding few drops of water it to form a not so very smooth paste, keeping aside a handful of dal for adding later for an extra crunch.

  2. Then add in curry and Coriander leaves with chopped onions.

  3. Add the kept aside dals & Mix the batter well with everything.

  4. Set it aside for 5-10 mind and then form small balls and deep fry in medium hot oil, and voila, serve them hot with a hot cup of masala/cardamom tea in a rainy day😍☕☔.
