Ingredients of Mokimo

You need 1 kg of potatoes.

You need 1 bunch of pumpkin leaves.

It’s 1 cup of fresh maize.

Heat oil in a pot then add diced oniobs.

Fry the onions until golden brown then add the chopped pumpkin leaves.

Stir for one minute then add boiled fresh maize.
