  1. You need 250 gm of parwal peeled and without seed.

  5. Take it off the heat and add almonds and pistachios and mix. Add milk powder and mix well..

  6. Transfer the mixture onto a plate and cool..

  7. Heat water in adeep pan, add a pinch of soda bicarbonate and the parwals and boil for two to three minutes.

  8. Drain and put them in the sugar syrup and cook till they soften..

  9. Drain and cool. Stuff them with the khoya mixture..

  10. Sprinkle a few saffron strands over each parwal and decorate with silver warq..

  11. Serve cold.
