Recipe: At Home Beet root idli

Recipe: At Home Beet root idli Delicious, fresh and tasty.
Beet root idli. Mix beetroot puree or paste with idly batter. Serve hot with coconut chutney; Note. If beetroot exceeds it would be too sticky; Tip.
Heat the steamer with water in it.
Grease the idli moulds with oil and pour enough batter in the moulds.
Add the beetroot and the curd to the batter.
You can have Beet root idli using 8 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Beet root idli

It’s 1 cup of Beetroot.

It’s 1 cups of Rava.

Prepare 1 cup of Quinoa.

Prepare of Salt as per taste.

It’s of black pepper as per taste.

You need of Oil as required.

You need 2 pinches of eno.

You need of curd as required.
Pour the batter in the idli maker.
Check if the idli is cooked using a stick or a knife.
The idli isn't cooked if the knife has batter stuck on it.
Mix beetroot puree or paste with idli batter.
Beet root idli step by step

Take beetroot, wash, clean,and made the kids of it..

Take rava, quinoa, curd, salt, pepper, beetroot kids..

Mix all well. Take idli pot and after oiling, put idli paste for steaming. Steam it well..

After cooked idli, serve it with coconut chutney..
Make idli as usual. —>Beetroot mini idlies aka pink idlies (recipe below) —>Paneer bites with some ketchup.

You can use paneer instead of tofu.
