  1. You need 100 gm of methi dhana.

  2. You need 100 gm of badam.

  3. Prepare 100 gm of kaju.

Methi ke ladoo step by step

  1. Roast methi dhana on low flame till fragrant, cool and grind it into powder then soak it in 3tbsp ghee for 7-8hrs or over night.

  2. Grind kaju, badam, pista into fine powder and then roast it with 1tbsp ghee, take out in a plate and keep aside.

  3. Roast udad dal powder and keep aside, roast wheat flour and keep aside.

  4. Now roast soaked methi dhana powder and keep aside.

  5. Fry gond in 2tbsp ghee, cool and grind it into a powder and keep aside.

  6. Now in a same pan add remaining ghee and gur and cook on medium flame till gur melts add kharik powder and kishmish, saunth, jeera powder, jaifal powder cook it few mins mixing it well now add all the above roasted ingredients and cook for 3-4 mins mixing it well.

  7. Close flame and make ladoos while its hot. Cool and store it in an air tight container.

It also provides warmth to the body and is a winter delicacy.
