Rajma. "Rajma is comfort food at its best. I like rajma best with simple jeera (cumin) rice. Of course, some roti would be great too.

Rajma instructions

In a pan add ghee and give tadka of tejpatta jeera elaichi and black pepper. When it crackles add onion and salt and stirr. Cover to cook.

Add all spices to onions and keep stirring. After 3-4 mins add tomato puree and cover to cook till oil seperates.

Add both pulses and chopped coriander mix well and cover. Add water if needed..

Serve with rice and roti once cooked.
