Add peeled potatoes in the boiling Githeri. Cook until the potatoes are fully cooked..

Drain the water from the mixture of Githeri and the potatoes. Mash using a masher or a mwiko until the are fully mashed..

Fry onions and add the mashed mukamo. Mix until the mukimo is cooperated with the fried onions..
