A ripe, sweet Hayden mango and a ripe Haas avocado was the perfect foil for shredded rotisserie chicken breast topped with the sauce.

Thus, I made a mouth-watering avocado and mango salsa.

This is a delicious mix of diced veggies and fruits that form a salad-sauce-dressing.

Dice the veggies into big chunks, and you'll have a salad.

This salad is so simple to make and can put together  in minutes.

Chicken, mango and avocado salad instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or grill.

  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, milk and curry and brush the chicken with it. Cook 10 minutes, add salt and pepper.

  3. Dressing: mix rice vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil, sesame oil. Whisk until well blended.

  4. Mix everything together.

The addition of olive oil, lemon and chilies, brings out the fresh flavors.

Mango is the king of tropical fruits and has many health benefits.

It is a good source of Vitamin A and C.
