Barley Flour Cookies. I have made dosas with barley flour + oat flour and it always tasted great. Cant wait to try the barley flour in cookies. We just got back from our India trip last weekend and we are still tired and jetlagged.
I originally made these cookies with kinako, but lately I have been making them with barley flour instead.
Caution: The ingredients are adjusted to suit barley flour.
Making these with kinako requires different amounts and processes, so be careful!

It’s 40 grams of ☆Toasted barley flour.

Prepare 1 of ☆Cinnamon.

You need 3 tbsp of Canola oil (or other neutral oils).

Remove from cookie sheets and cool on wire rack.
In medium bowl, mix oil, sugars, mayonnaise, vanilla and egg with spoon.
Stir in barley, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
