Take suji and add curd in it mix them.

Add salt and water as required for idli battar.

Divide in two parts add beet puree in one part and palak puree in second part.

Then mix both puree finely in both battar.

Grease idli moulds and pour both battar in moulds.

And cook idlies in steamer for 20 min. Then cool them and de mould them.

Now take all chopped vegetables in a plate.

Cut idlies in horizontal.

Arrange them in baking tray and apply pizza sauce upon them.

And add grated cheese upon sauce.

And add vegetables as desire.

Top with paneer and sprinkle flakes,oregano,salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree till cheese melt.

This simple healthy curry/kootu(tamil) is very comforting and tastes great both with rice and roti.
So I decided why not try making in palak paneer style.
I didn't want to do in the same style gravy (palak base gravy).
So tried bit different from the usual palak gravy.
I have used curd in place of tomato.
