Heat a kadhai, add oil, garlic and fry it. Add onion and green chilli and fry it..

Add peas and mix. Add methi leaves and fry them..

Add tomato and mix. Add garam masala, salt and turmeric and mix..

Add cooked Millets and mix. finally sprinkle coriander leaves.

Serve hot..
You could use MTR Vangi bath powder for good results.
When the rice is soaking, rinse and chop the methi leaves and other veggies.
You can also grind them in a small chutney grinder.
