Ingredients of Beetroot mini idli

  1. You need 500 GM of Idli batter.

  2. It’s 1 of beetroot.

  3. It’s 1 tbsp of Chilli garlic paste.

  4. It’s To taste of Salt.

  5. It’s as needed of Oil.

  6. Prepare 1/4 tbsp of Soda.

But at the same time I do not want to make any cakes or cookies or desserts.

Because, I have already had so much of sweets/desserts in the name of blog during Diwali & Christmas.

I just add grated beetroot, finely chopped onion and cilantro to the idli/dosa batter and make dosas.

Instead of cilantro you can add chopped curry leaves or mint.

  2. Idli batter me soda dale and Khub hilaye.

  3. Chilli garlic paste dale.

  4. Settmer me pani dale..

  5. Idli maker me oil lagake..

  6. Better dale..

  7. Idli banale..

  8. Coconut chutney ke sath serve Karein..

All these herbs gives nice flavor and taste.

This is a quick and easy chutney to go along with idli, dosa or even rice.

The consistency of the chutney makes it more versatile to pair even with rice.

I wanted to try this beetroot chutney since a long time.

My neighbor often makes this and whenever I hear its beetroot chutney for dinner/breakfast I was way too tempted and finally.
