It’s 200 g of Lamb cut into strips.

You need 3 tbls of virgin olive oil.

It’s 2 of mixed coloured sweet peppers.

You need 4-6 of chestnut Mushrooms thinly sliced.

It’s Half of a medium onion cut longways.

Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.

You need 1 of large pinch of salt.

It’s 4 tbls of Balsamic vinegar.

It’s 1 tsp of dried Basil.

Prepare 1/2 tsp of dried or a handful of fresh parsley.

Prepare 3 of tsps of Sundried tomato.

You need 3 tsp of Pesto sauce.
I combined my favorite flavors here, using fresh ginger, garlic and chili with soy and balsamic, tossed it in stir fried vegetables and the most amazing stir fry beef from Biltong@za.

Heat up the oil in a frying pan and add the lamb and fry quickly fot 2 minutes stirring until lamb is no longer red.

Turn down and add the Basil, Pepper, salt. And mix in.

Add the chestnut mushrooms, onions and peppers fry for 3-4 minutes.

Lastly add the sundried tomatoes and the pesto sauce. Mix in.

Add the balsamic vinegar and stir in and fry for 1 minute.

Serve all together eat hot with a side of noodles or cold as a Salad.with lettuce tomatoes etc.
Add the paprika and turmeric and mix well.
Add the asparagus to the skillet and toss until coated with the oil mixture.
Add mince and fry at high heat until brown. (remove fat from pan).
Add the tomato puree and drop the heat to medium.
Stir in the sun dried tomato paste.
