  2. You need 1 tsp of Poppy Seeds Paste.

  3. You need 4 tsp of Mustard Seeds Paste.

  4. Prepare 4 tsp of Plain Yougurt.

  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.

  6. It’s 4 of Green Chillies.

  7. Prepare of .Salt and Sugar as per taste.

  8. You need 2 tbsp of Mustard Oil.

  9. It’s 1 tbsp of Green Chilli Paste.

In a mixie, add the mustard, poppy seeds, and green chilies as mentioned under "Make a Paste of" and ground to a fine paste.

Steamed Bhapa Hilsa instructions

  1. First Marinate the fish with 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp salt.Keep it for 5mins..

  2. In a mixing jar add 4tbsp Muster Seeds, 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds, 4tbsp Yougurt, Green Chilli 3 nos,Salt & Sugar as per your taste, Turmeric Powder 1tbsp and blend well..

  3. Take a big bowl with air tight lid..

  4. And poured all the muxer into the blow and add 1/2 cup water and mix well..

  5. Then add fish & Mustard Oil mix well. Close the container lid very well..

  6. Now heat a big pan add water put the container in water..

  7. Then cook in mediam flame for 20mins..

  8. After 20mins put the gas off & removed the container from the pan..

  9. Open the container lid very carefully..

  10. Your Recipe is ready, Served with hot steamed rice..
