  1. Firstly add sugar and water in a pan.let it boil.now add saffron and green colour mix it.then add lemon juice after that add point gaurd. Cook it on low flame untill becomes soft..

  2. Now heat the ghee in a wok.add chopped dry fruits roast for 1 minute.then add khoya in it.switch off the gas.let it cool then add coconut and powdered sugar..

  3. After that take out all point gourd from sugar syrup.Fill the mixture in it.Your parwal mithai is ready..
