  1. Mix all the ingredients together except water for making the dough..

  6. Keep them aside and allow them to cool completely and then make equal portions of the dough as well as the stuffing..

  7. Grease your palm with ghee and make a bowl like shape from the dough and put the mawa stuffing in it..

  8. Close them from all the sides and roll them..

  9. Then dip fry them in oil till slightly brown on either sides and allow them to cool completely..

  10. In the meantime prepare the sugar syrup by adding all the ingredients till 1/2 strand consistency..
