Recipe: Yummy Beetroot Idli Delicious, fresh and tasty.
Beetroot Idli. Mix beetroot puree or paste with idly batter. Serve hot with coconut chutney beetroot idli. Mix the idli batter + grated beetroot well.

Prepare 1 of Beetroot boiled cut into pieces.

Prepare 1-2 of Chopped green chilli.

It’s As needed of Chopped Coriander.
Add the beetroot and the curd to the batter. —>Beetroot mini idlies aka pink idlies (recipe below) —>Paneer bites with some ketchup.

In a mixie or blender add beetroot pieces and make a fine paste of it by adding little water. Add the grounded paste in the Idli batter..

Mix well along with chopped chilli & coriander in the batter. Grease idli plates and pour mixed batter in the idli plates. Steam the idli for 10 mins or until get done.

Remove the idli from the plate and serve hot with chutney or sambar..

Beetroot can be grated or grounded its upto you..
I added grated beetroot in idli batter and made mini idlies.
