  1. Heat the pan and melt the ghee. Add semolina into pan and roast it well on low flame till it turns golden brown. Do remember to stir continuously..

  2. Heat the milk in separate container. When milk comes to boil switch off the gas. Keep it aside..

  3. Now add chopped cashews,raisin and almonds in a same pan of semolina and mix it well..

  4. Add boiled milk in a pan. Mix well till the milk is entirely absorbed..

  5. Finally add sugar and mix well and cover for 5 minutes..

  6. Open the lid add cardamom powder and saffron mix well. Now remove the pan from the heat..

  7. Satyanarayan Prasad is ready for navaidayam..

At that time Banana is also added to this 'prasadacha sheera'.
