Jalebi. Jalebi, also known as Jilapi, zulbia, mushabak and zalabia, is an Indian and Arabic sweet snack popular across South Asia and the Middle East. It is made by deep-frying maida flour (plain flour or all-purpose flour) batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup. This dessert can be served warm or cold.
For example, in Bihar it is served with Poori and Aloo ki Subzee as breakfast.
In the evening, it is served as a snack with samosa and kachori.

First take refined flour and mix with curd add some water if required then add rice flour and make a fine paste add baking powder and keep it aside for some time..

Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup or chaashni by adding one cup sugar and one cup water and keep on boiling for ten minutes add few saffron flakes to get the flavor then put four drops of lemon so that it does not get freeze, your chaashni is ready..

Now put a kadai on flame, add oil and heat up, now fill Jalebi paste in Jalebi maker or you can make a butter paper cone to fill the paste and make rings in continuity to make Jalebi as we see in halwai shop, deep fry it on both sides on low flame to make it crispy then dip it in chaashni for two minutes and serve it hot..
