Once the water has boiled, put the shark fish in it.

Shark Dry fish curry instructions

  1. Take a mud chatti/vessel..

  2. Take a mortar and pestle crush 5 to 6 shallots, ginger, slit the chilli. Add these to the chutti add Curry leaves,chilli powder, turmeric powder, raw mango add a tablespoon of coconut oil and give a mix..

  3. Grind the coconut to paste add this to the mixture and add 1to 2 cups water..

  4. Boil the mixture to curry consistency then add dry fish boil it for few mins..

  5. Heat a pan add oil then add finely chopped shallots and curry leaves. Add this to the curry mixture..

  6. Note: dry fish contains salt.Taste the curry and then add the salt..

Now, remove the skin of the shark and wash the shark well to make sure its clean.

Apply salt and turmeric powder to the clean shark.

Mash the shark as well as you can now.

Procedure: Clean and wash the fish, cut it into desired pieces, apply some salt and keep it aside.
