Take chicken breast seasoning it with some salt and shallow fry in heated oil till it done..

Heat cooking oil add onion and saute for 3minutes on low flame..

Add red and yellow bell pepper, salt, chicken masala powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder, mix it and cook for 3-5minutes.

Add chicken broth and cook till oil starts floating on all over gravy..

Add bitter sweet chocolate (dark chocolate), mix it well till dark chocolate melt. Switch off the flame and let the gravy cool down on room temperature and grind it into fine puree..

Heat cooking oil splutter cumin seeds and add cube sized red and yellow bell pepper and saute for 2minutes on high flame..

Add puree (prepared earlier) and saute for minute on low flame..

Add 1 teaspoon mint powder and mix it well..

Add fried chicken breast. Cover the lid and cook for 5minutes on low flame..
