  1. Take parwal and wash then peeled and remove all the seeds..

  2. Take a bowl and bring it to boil.after boiling water put baking powder and dein boil the parwals for 4 mintes.just cover the lid for another 4 minutes and strain the water.keep aside for 10 minutes..

  3. Take another bowl,put sugar and water.water should be double from sugar.afer making chasni put green food colour and then put all the parwal and bring it boil till parwal gets transparent colour.chasni should not be more then 1 taar..

  4. Take a kadhai. Keep milk to boil till its not converted into khoya. Bring it to cool down. Then mix chopped Almonds sugar candy milk powder elaichi together with khoya..

  5. Fill khoya in parwals and garnish with chopped Almonds and keser.keep this into the freeze for minimum 1 hour..

  6. Now its ready to serve..
