Boil ewude leaf till it becomes soft, blend ewudu when its well cooked or beat with a kitchen broom..

Pour blended ewedu into a hot on fire, add salt, iru and egusi paste, stir and add water if necessary..

Serve with amala and stew preferably..
It is very delicious and nutritious and it has a slimy effect when it's cooked which is very similar to Okra.
